Arun Kumer Kundu has completed his Bachelor and Masters both in Accounting from Dhaka College. Then he completed his Chartered accountants articleship from Rahman Rahman Huq (Member Firm of KPMG in Bangladesh) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.

During 12 years of his professional career, Mr. Kundu served as the Audit Supervisor in KPMG Rahman Rahman Huq; as Manager-Audit & Inspection Department then the Assistant Vice President of The City Bank Limited. He was a Head of Finance in ICB Islamic Bank Limited and The Premier Bank Limited. He worked as a Consultant of ICB Islamic Bank Limited, Padma Bank Limited, Tithi Group, Ezzy Group and International University of Scholar. Mr.

Arun is an IFRS expert with wide experience in the area of practical audit & assurance, due diligence reviews etc. with special focus on NGOs and development sector, financial sector, public limited companies.

Mohammad Asraful Hassan did his Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration both with major Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Dhaka. Then he completed his Chartered accountants articleship from Rahman Huq Huq ( Member Firm of KPMG in Bangladesh) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.

Mr. Hassan has around 13 years’ working experience the corporate sector and professional practice and has earned wide experiences in the areas of corporate finance, audit & assurance, accounting, project management, HR management & administration, taxation, business & investment advisory and BPO (business process outsourcing) services.

Mr. Hassan served as the Audit Supervisor of KPMG Rahman Rahman Huq; in different position of Getco Group like Manager , Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager and Head of finance for their international gateway, inter-connection exchange, international internet gateway business , Sr. General Manager of Excel Telecom Pvt. Ltd. (National distributor of Samsung mobile) , Head of Finance and accounts of Abdul Monem Limited (Coca- Cola Beverage Unit). He also worked as a Consultant of Multitrade Enterprise Limited.
