Arun Kumer Kundu completed his Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from Dhaka College. Then he was groomed up in the Member Firm of KPMG in Bangladesh and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.

During last 19 years of professional career, Arun served as the Audit Supervisor of KPMG Rahman Rahman Huq; as Manager-Audit & Inspection Unit of The City Bank Limited and Assistant Vice President of The City Bank Limited. He was a Head of Finance of ICB Islamic Bank Limited and The Premier Bank Limited in Bangladesh. He worked as a Consultant of ICB Islamic Bank Limited, Padma Bank Limited, Tithi Group, Ezzy Group, and International University of Scholar etc.

Arun is an IFRS expert with wide experience in the area of practical audit & assurance, due diligence reviews, etc. with special focus on NGOs and development sector organizations, financial sector institutions, public limited companies and financial & organizational reviews.

Mizanur Rahman did his Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from the Dhaka College. Then he was groomed up in Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co Chartered Accountants and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019.

Mr. Rahman has about 12 years’ experience of working in the corporate sector and Capable of developing and maintaining the overall accounting system of an organization, preparation of budget, financial analysis, maintaining financial reporting systems and dealing with Tax and VAT related services and cost and management accounting related issues.

Mr. Paul is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and member of The Institute of Chartered

Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He obtained his BBA and MBA from the Department of Finance & Banking, University of Rajshahi. Then he was groomed up in Islam Aftab Kamal & Co. & Co Chartered Accountants and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2021. He is also an Income Tax Practitioner, ITP (Obtained from the National Board of Revenue, GoB) and Member, Dhaka Taxes Bar Association and Member, Bangladesh VAT Professionals Forum.

During my professional career Mr. Paul have acquired experiences in the ﬁelds of accounts, ﬁnance, taxation, auditing & secretarial matters.
